High-Alumina Brick LZ-55
High-alumina brick LZ-55 (Al₂O₃≥55%) with refractoriness ≥1770℃ offers dense structure, wear resistance against gas scouring and combined cold/hot strength—one of the most widely used shaped refractories.

Phosphate-bonded high-alumina brick (Al₂O₃≥75%, refractoriness ≥1770℃) avoids high-temperature firing for energy saving, hardening further in service as temperature rises. Cost-effective with good thermal-shock resistance.
| Al₂O₃ Content | ≥75% |
|---|---|
| Refractoriness | ≥1770℃ |
| Bulk Density | ≥2.70 g/cm³ |
| CCS | ≥65 MPa |
Phosphate-bonded high-alumina bricks use bauxite chamotte with a phosphate bond, unfired (or lightly fired): Al₂O₃ ≥75%, refractoriness ≥1770℃ and bulk density ≥2.70 g/cm³. No high-temperature firing is needed—energy-saving; strength grows in service as the bond hardens with temperature. It is Henan Songrui's professional grade for cement kiln transition zones and kiln-mouth erosion areas.
Phosphate-bonded grade suits temperature-cycling, abrasive zones without reliance on high-temperature firing; burned high-alumina or mullite bricks are better for long stable high-temperature service.
Lay with phosphate mortar; store moisture-proof; control joints and heat up steadily. Construction guidance available.

Phosphate-bonded high-alumina brick is unburned and economical:
Phosphate chemical bonding avoids high-temperature firing, cutting cost significantly.
Kiln hoods, coolers, reheating furnace walls, flues up to 1400℃.
About 1400℃; hot strength lower than fired bricks, not for strong slag zones.

High-alumina brick LZ-55 (Al₂O₃≥55%) with refractoriness ≥1770℃ offers dense structure, wear resistance against gas scouring and combined cold/hot strength—one of the most widely used shaped refractories.

High-alumina brick LZ-65 (Al₂O₃≥65%, refractoriness ≥1790℃) has a higher corundum/mullite phase ratio for stronger slag resistance, higher temperature rating and better hot load-bearing capacity.

Low-creep high-alumina brick with Al₂O₃≥75% and creep rate ≤0.8% (1550℃×50h), RUL ≥1550℃. Minimal deformation under long-term hot load, engineered for load-bearing hot stove domes and walls.

Spalling-resistant high-alumina brick introduces ZrO₂ (3-6%) for transformation and microcrack toughening. Al₂O₃≥70%, thermal-shock stability ≥15 cycles, greatly improved resistance to structural spalling under frequent temperature cycling.
