High-Alumina Brick LZ-55
High-alumina brick LZ-55 (Al₂O₃≥55%) with refractoriness ≥1770℃ offers dense structure, wear resistance against gas scouring and combined cold/hot strength—one of the most widely used shaped refractories.

Spalling-resistant high-alumina brick introduces ZrO₂ (3-6%) for transformation and microcrack toughening. Al₂O₃≥70%, thermal-shock stability ≥15 cycles, greatly improved resistance to structural spalling under frequent temperature cycling.
| Al₂O₃ Content | ≥70% |
|---|---|
| ZrO₂ Content | 3-6% |
| Thermal Shock (1100℃-water) | ≥ 15 cycles |
| CCS | ≥70 MPa |
Spalling-resistant high-alumina bricks introduce ZrO₂ (3-6%) into the high-alumina matrix: Al₂O₃ ≥70%, thermal shock stability ≥15 cycles, CCS ≥70 MPa. ZrO₂ phase transformation and microcrack toughening markedly improve thermal-shock and structural-spalling resistance under cement/lime kiln conditions with alkali vapor. It is Henan Songrui's professional solution to lining spalling.
Use for combined thermal-shock and alkali conditions; pair with spalling-resistant mortar for ideal effect. Ordinary high-alumina avoids extra cost where no thermal shock exists.
Lay with matching mortar, strict joint and expansion control; heat up steadily. Selection and installation guidance available.

Spalling-resistant high-alumina brick improves thermal shock resistance with ZrO₂ addition:
ZrO₂ creates micro-crack toughening that absorbs thermal stress and prevents spalling under rapid temperature change.
Cement transition zones, reheating furnace walls, boiler burner zones with severe temperature swings.
About 1500℃, balancing thermal shock resistance and hot performance.

High-alumina brick LZ-55 (Al₂O₃≥55%) with refractoriness ≥1770℃ offers dense structure, wear resistance against gas scouring and combined cold/hot strength—one of the most widely used shaped refractories.

High-alumina brick LZ-65 (Al₂O₃≥65%, refractoriness ≥1790℃) has a higher corundum/mullite phase ratio for stronger slag resistance, higher temperature rating and better hot load-bearing capacity.

Low-creep high-alumina brick with Al₂O₃≥75% and creep rate ≤0.8% (1550℃×50h), RUL ≥1550℃. Minimal deformation under long-term hot load, engineered for load-bearing hot stove domes and walls.

Phosphate-bonded high-alumina brick (Al₂O₃≥75%, refractoriness ≥1770℃) avoids high-temperature firing for energy saving, hardening further in service as temperature rises. Cost-effective with good thermal-shock resistance.
