Special-shaped (custom) bricks are non-standard refractories machined to drawings in clay, high-alumina, mullite, corundum, silica, magnesia and more: tolerance ±1mm, up to 80kg per block. Molded and pressed/cast per drawing with high dimensional accuracy, they reduce on-site cutting and support small batches and urgent orders. It is Henan Songrui's custom service for complex furnace geometries.

Lay by numbered sequence to prevent misalignment; reserve expansion joints when combining with standard bricks.
